Woodend Safety and Sustainability provide a holistic service in relation to complying with part 6 of the Building regulations.

Deals are offered where various services are ordered for one contract. This allows the customer to make the most of the services we provide whilst saving money and reducing effort.

Services we provide.

SAP Calculations. Energy calculations to confirm compliance with section 6 of the domestic handbook.

SBEM Calculations. Energy calculations to confirm compliance with section 6 of the non-domestic handbook.

EPC's Provision of energy certificates for existing and new build domestic and non domestic buildings.

Section 63 Assessments. Energy assessments to comply with section 63 of the Climate Change (Scotland) Act 2009.

Display Energy Certificates. Provision of energy ratings assessments for buildings in Scotland.

Approved Certifier of design (Domestic).  To allow compliance with section 6 of the domestic technical handbook and to receive a 10% reduction in the overall cost of the building warrant.

Solar PV. Registered and experienced solar PV installers. MCS registered. Qualified to fit both domestic and non domestic systems.

Building Pressure Tests. Qualified and experienced building pressure testers for domestic buildings in Scotland. All new build dwellings are now required to have a pressure test carried out prior to applying for a completion certificate.

 ESOS Lead Assessor. The Energy savings opportunity scheme requires energy audits to be carried out by qualified and experienced energy efficiency experts. Woodend Safety and Sustainability meet this requirement.

Green deal assessors Registered and qualified green deal assessors for domestic and non-domestic buildings.

Safety Consultants, qualified and experienced safety advisor in the field of construction safety related matters.

Fire Safety Engineer. Qualified and experienced Fire Safety engineer services. experienced in a wide spectrum of fire related services. Can provide risk assessments to comply with the Fire (Scotland) act 2005 to fire safety training and fire safety solutions to comply with section 2 of the technical handbook for both domestic and non domestic versions. We can also provide the Fire design summary as required by part 2 on the non domestic handbook and the third edition of the procedural handbook.
